DIY Solar
I’ve been tracking my Solar usage and Electricity FIT and consumption. I noticed when I was up a ladder feeding cable into the shed for my off grid system that the solar panels were somewhat dirty. (I live near coal power stations) So today I used some windscreen wash, a ladder, mop and hose to clean what I could. Already there is a noticeable difference in the energy produced. We wouldn’t leave a car go 3 months without washing so time for a clean. Afterwards because I couldn’t reach the top 12 (6 each side) I bought an extendable brush that I can connect a hose to. next fine day I’ll try to do the top 6 each side of the house.Credit mikeycbd
