A ruptured section of a trunk pipeline that belongs to the company Oleoductos del Valle (OldeVal) caused a MAJOR oil spill in Argentina’s Rio Negro province, leading to an outcry from environmental activists. A number of specialized vehicles were deployed to contain the spread of the pollutant.
