Underwater Battery Storing Power at 600m depth!
This new underwater battery will be able to store surplus electricity at a depth of 600 meters. And at the bottom of the sea, too. Two German physicists have developed this storage method, which makes use of the principle of pumped storage. The idea is to store surplus electricity from wind and solar parks under water. Find out exactly how this works, what the depth has to do with the capacity and where the underwater pumped storage can be used. This video was created by my editorial team.
